How to order?

To order it is very simple: use our configuration on the front page or go to All our golf balls. You will have to choose the products according to your level of play, the brands, the quality of golf balls you want to buy. The price rises according to quality and quantity. Take the time to compare everything so that you can make the best purchase possible.

When your shopping will be done and that you wish to pay, go on My cart, on the top right corner and click on order. A recapitulative page will appear in which you will see your basket, your delivery and invoicing addresses and the paying mode.You will choose paying either by credit card, Paypal or banking transfer.  Once you payment done, you will receive an e-mail summing up entirely your purchase. Keep this e-mail to keep tracks of your purchase.

How to add an article to my cart?

There are two ways of adding an article to the cart. The first one is to use the buying mode of the front page. You choose your level, the desired brand and the quality. You then obtain a summary of your choice and you have to define quantity. Finally you can either add the product to your basket and continue your purchase or directly order.

The second way of selecting your purchase is to go on the item Our products. You can then choose a product according to the criteria that you like. In the same way you can click on more info to obtain a description of the product then add the product to your cart, either directly order.

What are the means of payment accepted?

The website eGolf-Balls grants you different several means of payment :
1. Payment by credit card: Credit card, Visa, Mastercard or American Express.

2. Payment by Paypal account: (Create an account Paypal)

3. Payment by bank transfer while indicating the order number in the subject of the transfer.

When am I debited?

After entering your banking information on the interface of security payment and after the acceptance from your bank, your order is validated. Your bank account will be debited after your purchase.Are the transactions secured?Your information is encrypted and circulates safely thanks to the protocol SSL. While taping the figures of your credit card, an encrypting algorithm transforms this info from the source in a series of incomprehensive letters and figures. Please remark that during your purchase; eGolf-Balls has no views on your banking info: everything is managed by our banking partner. In this way, the transaction is really protected in every step of the information sharing process. Moreover, you can have guaranties on the level of security of our website by:

Where to find my bill?

A delivery bill is sent in your parcel. The bill can be consulted by logging to our website with your email address. This bill is in the item My orders. We advise you to take notes of it after receiving your parcel and to check any possible mistakes.

What happens if my bank refuses my payment?

Our banking interface proceeds to the control of payment electronically. It is possible that your bank would not grant us the immediate agreement even if your balance is positive (maximum amount weekly/monthly of your purchases, expired credit card...). Your order is automatically cancelled. 
We advise you then to contact your bank for more information.

Are there fees on deliveries?

The delivery fees include all affected taxes.

How to modify or cancel my order?

From the moment your order is done, it is transferred to the logistic department which starts preparing it. Then it becomes in theory impossible to modify or cancel it after payment.Therefore, we advise you to check your basket before finalising the purchase and to modify your order at this moment.

What happens if what I ordered is not in stock anymore? 

The stock of picked up golf balls is linked to what our scuba divers find in lakes at a certain period of time. It is then possible that for a certain period our scuba divers won’t find any TaylorMade or Maxfli. In this case, we will tell on our website that this product or this one is out of stock. You will have to chose another product in stock, or come back some days later to check the availability of the desired product.

We do the maximum to offer you the widest range of golf balls and to make our stock management efficient. A gap in stock can also happen between the ordering and the treatment of the order. In this case we will propose you either to cancel the order and to repay you totally, either to take another model of balls. You will choose what fits you.
