Can I return an article in order to change it or being repaid?(FR)

In accordance with the French legislation (article L121-20 and follow the code of consumption), you can apply your right of retraction to eGolf-Balls without having to motivate your choice or to pay penalty fees.In order to make your life easier and to give you the time to receive your product at ease, eGolf-Balls gives you a 14 days lap of time upon receive of the goods. In case of retraction right use (request of being repaid) in this time, only the price of the goods and the shipping fees will be repaid; the return fees are on you. In case of returning only part of the purchase, the delivery fees will not be taken into account.

How to return an article to exchange it or being repaid?

In order to make your return, thank you for following these steps:

1-Connect yourself to your client account, Slide My orders.

2-Click on the button Details next to the order in question

3-Go down the page until the item reserved for returning the order

4-Tick the product you wish to return while choosing a reason.

5-Click on “generate a return”

6-You will then receive by email the return coupon that you will be able to print from your client account.

You will return the goods in a solid parcel. Products must be in a perfect shape, in their original package and not played. The return must be sent via Colissimo followed (FR) followed by signature in joining the return coupon. Your return has to be sent to the address written on the coupon.

What happens if I receive a product not corresponding to my demand?

If you receive a product not corresponding to your demand, you can send it back to us to make an exchange or being repaid. To do so please follow the steps described above.

What shall I do if I receive a damaged parcel?

If you notice that the product received is not corresponding to your order, you will be able to ask for being repaid or exchanging. The return fees will then be on us.

Are the product guaranteed?

The second hand products cannot offer such warranty, but we assume our promises on the products Refinished-Premium : “Satisfied or repaid”.

How do you assure such promises : satisfied or repaid?

The program satisfied or repaid is applied on the balls Refinished quality Premium and for a quantity of 25 balls exclusively. We wish that you can try them and to adopt them with trust. Test them and if you are not satisfied, you can return them within 30 days from the receiving date and by following the described indications above. Naturally we ask you not to play with all the golf balls before returning them.

For your return to be accepted without conditions, a maximum of 3 golf balls (like a brand new box) might be played, the 22 others must be in their original refinished state.From the reception and control of your parcel returned, we will proceed to your repayment in assets form including the price of the initial order, the delivery fees and return delivery fees (on the basis of a justification).

The other quantities, conditions and quality of golf balls benefit from general terms of sales.
